This from NBC Sports. Today’s USA-Canada women’s hockey gold medal game at the Sochi Winter Olympics was the second most-streamed game in NBC Sports history except for Super Bowl XLVI.
NBC says the game was streamed by 1.2 million unique users as the game was played at noon ET when many Americans were at work. This breaks the previous second-best which was Wednesday’s USA-Czech Republic men’s hockey quarterfinal game.
