Nazareth Area High School overcame a sluggish start to down Spring-Ford 43-15 in a PIAA Class AAA team wrestling tournament quarterfinal this afternoon at the Giant Center in Hershey, Pa.
Parkland, District 11's other quarterfinal representative, suffered an agonizing 28-27 loss on criteria in its quarterfinal to North Allegheny.
Nazareth moves on to face District 7 champion Franklin Regional, the heavy favorite to win the Class AAA title, in a semifinal at 8 tonight. Greater Latrobe will meet North Allegheny in the other semifinal.
