The Lehigh football program revealed its Class of 2018 on Wednesday afternoon and there's plenty of everything coach Andy Coen was looking for among the 19 signees.
More are set to come in the coming weeks.
This is the second recruiting year that Lehigh could offer scholarships and the Mountain Hawks went for size up front on both sides of the line.
Coen was pleased to get two offensive lineman  -- Tim O'Hara from Red Bank Catholic in New Jersey and Kadeem Smith from Cardinal Gibbons in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
"Kadeem is a 300-pound guy and is physically where he needs to be right now and Tim is just what we're looking in an offensive tackle," Coen said. "He'll be 275 when he shows up on campus here. Those are the type of guys we want to work with."
On the defensive side, Lehigh added Tyler Cavenas from Mahanoy Area, who is listed at 6-foot-5 and 270.
"He plays basketball, he runs the floor really, he bends well and really is athletic for his size," Cavenas said. "It may take him awhile to get used to play at this level, coming from Class A school, but we really like him ecause he's got all the talent."
Justin Gille  (6-5, 260) from St. John Vianney in New Jersey is also going to be joining the defensive front along with Harrison Johnson (6-4, 250) from Winter Haven, Fla.
"We've got good, big guys to work with and that was one of our weaknesses last year," Coen said. "We needed to add some size."
Coen is also high on the skill talent coming aboad, including quarterback Matt Timochenko from Wilson West Lawn in Berks County and Brandon Yosha, a running back from Indiananpolis, who made the University of Miami roster as a walk-on before deciding he would get a better opportunity to play by transferring.
