For Wednesday, CBC aired the Team Canada vs. Team USA women’s hockey game live in the morning and saw an average of 5.6 million Canadians watching the contest. For CBC’s Olympic morning broadcast, the game helped to draw an average of 1.2 million viewers to the time period.
