A 24-year-old Bath man accused in an armed robbery escaped from the custody of two constables this afternoon in Nazareth after his charges were bound over for Northampton County Court.
The county's acting court administrator, Jill Cicero, confirmed Daniel Joseph Preziosi is on the loose after escaping his leg shackles, handcuffs and prison jumpsuit. The incident followed his preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge John Capobianco on charges related to the Oct. 18 robbery of Wunderler's Market in the 400 block of East Main Street in Bath.
