Southern Lehigh coach John Toman gave the speech about the damage turnovers and penalties can do to a team's season.
He was fortunate enough to do it before, during and after a victory in which the Spartans made their share of both.

Lehigh limited Pottsville to just three yards rushing and overcame four
turnovers and five penalties in a dominant 27-3 win in Saturday night's
District 11 Class 3A semifinal.
