Bethlehem Halloween parade, 5K race moved to next weekend

Bethlehem's Halloween parade and Halloween 5k, originally scheduled for Sunday, are being re-scheduled for next Sunday, Nov. 4, at the same scheduled times, according to the Bethlehem Police Department's Twitter account.
