http://sportsmediajournal.com/page/2/ Celtics/Heat Finale Cable’s Most-Watched NBA Playoff Game Ever- ESPN reports that last night’s Game & og the NBA’s Eastern Conference Finals between the Celtics and Heat registered a 9.1 overnight rating, the highest for an NBA game ever on cable. The 2012 NBA Eastern Conference Finals on ESPN have generated the three highest overnight ratings for NBA games ever on cable – 9.1 (Game 7); 8.2 (Game 6) and 7.9 (Game 4). French Open Finals to Continue Tomorrow on NBC Sports Network- The rain shortened French Open Men’s Final between Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic will resume tomorrow at 7:00a.m. ET on NBC Sports Network. The match will also be streamed on NBCSports.com. When play was suspended, Nadal was leading Djokovic 6-4, 6-4, 2-6, 1-2 (in the fourth set). Ted Robinson will anchor NBC Sports Network’s coverage tomorrow, joined by analysts John McEnroe and Mary Carillo. Belmont Ratings up 13% without I’ll Have Another- Despite the last minute scratch by Triple Crown threat I’ll Have Another, NBC still saw in increase in viewership for yesterday’s Belmont Stakes. The race registered an overnight rating of 5.4, up 13% over 2011 and 74% from 2010.
