CBS and Turner Sports announced that Saturday’s combined rating for the third round of the NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Championship registered at 6.1, up three percent over 2011.
For the first three days of the tournament the networks are averaging a rating of 5.3, up 4% over last year. The average audience of eight million viewers is up 3% over 2011.
