What is the Nazareth Area Chamber of Commerce?

The Nazareth Area Chamber of Commerce is a local independent chamber made up of business and professional people from throughout the Lehigh Valley. Our mission is to work together to advance and promote the Greater Nazareth Area, foster economic success for our members and preserve the community’s heritage. Our members join because they see a business benefit, they are hoping for new business opportunities or to demonstrate a commitment to the local economy.

Over the past year the Nazareth Area Chamber has continued to be one of the most active organizations in eastern Pennsylvania. We have numerous events, mixers and WINN to name a few, to enable our members to network. We organize events like Martin on Main, a Business Expo, the Nazareth Tree Lighting, and the Health and Wellness Expo which not only give back to the community but allow many of our members to showcase their businesses.

Many of our members are small businesses with owners who can not attend networking events or seminars as they are busy running their business. The question is, what can the chamber do to help them and keep them involved? During the remainder of this year the Nazareth Area Chamber of Commerce staff and board members will make a concerted effort to reach out to all of our members. We will use face to face visitations, social media, the internet, our website and sites like you are currently reading to reach out and support our current and prospective members. We will utilize the expertise of our member businesses to disseminate information on taxes, insurance, marketing techniques and many other topics that are pertinent to running a successful business.

For those that are unable to attend seminars and events we will bring the information to you. We welcome input from our business community and encourage everyone to support our local businesses.
