Moravian College adds three assistants to football staff

FROM THE EXPRESS TIMES

The Moravian College football program has added three assistant coaches to its staff, two of them on the offensive side of the ball, for the 2011 season.

Dan Csencsitz will be the new offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach with Damien Ciecwisz becoming the tight ends coach. Tim Wait will serve as outside linebackers coach.

The three will serve under Jeff Pukszyn, who was recently hired as the Greyhounds' head coach. He replaces Scot Dapp, who stepped down to become the school's director of athletics.

Csencsitz was an assistant at Kutztown University for the past three seasons working with the running backs, tight ends, special teams and strength and conditioning.

Ciecwisz spent the past two seasons working as an assistant offensive line coach at both Emmaus and Bethlehem Catholic. A 2006 graduate of Delaware Valley College, Ciecwisz was a four-year starter and an All-American selection in 2005 for the Aggies.

Wait, a 2008 Moravian graduate, returns to his alma mater after serving as a recruiting assistant for Stanford University. He also spent two seasons with the Cardinal in 2008 and '09 as an intern.
