FROM THE MORNING CALL
If the Class 3A game is anything like the Class A state final, don't look for any lengthy stories in the print edition of The Morning Call.
Clairton's 36-30 win over Riverside in the Class A final took 3 hours, 11 minutes. There were a combined 27 penalties for 259 yards and 580 yards total offense.
As a result, Central Catholic's game against Bishop McDevitt in the 3A final won't start until 7:30 p.m.
Players from both 3A finalists have just started to come onto the Hersheypark Stadium field for warmups.
