From The Comcast Network:
PHILLIES DELIVER RECORD RATINGS ON THE COMCAST NETWORK
Additional Flyers Coverage Added for Friday Night’s Game
PHILADELPHIA- (April 8, 2010) – The Comcast Network’s broadcast of last night’s Phillies – Nationals game delivered a 6.5 household rating (193,400 households). This is the highest rated program on The Comcast Network since its launch in 2009 and ties the second highest rated program ever on predecessor CN8, set on June 5, 2004 when the Phils defeated the Atlanta Braves. Last night’s game peaked at a 7.9 rating (235,000 HHs) at 9:15 p.m. Phillies Postgame Live followed immediately after the game and delivered a 1.3 rating (38,700 households).
The Phillies return to The Comcast Network this Saturday, April 10 at 7 p.m. when they play the Houston Astros and Wednesday, April 14 at 7 p.m. when they take on the Washington Nationals.
*As a Verizon subscriber, it was a big letdown to tune into Comcast SportsNet and be stuck with the Sixers instead of the Phillies.
