Selvaggio Enterprises has plans for a new shopping center in LNT between 946 and 191 according to an article in the Express-Times.
The center would be anchored by a home improvement store and grocery store with a restaurant, pharmacy and other retail outlets, names were not provided.
The Township will need to make a zoning change to approve the center.
