Kate Micucci and her quirky, song-writing duo Garfunkel and Oates were scheduled to sing tonight on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, according to her mother, Lynn Micucci. The performance has been rescheduled for Friday.
Lynn, of Bushkill Township, said the duo hopes the gig turns into a somewhat regular appearance.
"Jay said he wants to have them on the show often, but didn't say how often," Lynn Micucci said. "It's pretty exciting."
The duo will perform "Pregnant Women are Smug."
Garfunkel and Oates also will return to the East Coast this month for shows March 19 and 20 at Comix Comedy Club in New York City.
Fans can catch Kate Micucci in her regular role 7:30 p.m. Sundays in Fox's sitcom "'Til Death." She plays Brad Garrett and Joely Fisher's daughter.
Micucci is in the new film, "When in Rome."
