The Sixers’ first game with Allen Iverson drew a 4.9 rating, a 300% increase over the Sixers’ average 1.2 rating this season.
During Sixers Postgame Live, I was surprised that commentators Donyell Marshall and John Celestand did not criticize Iverson for being a half hour late for the game. Players are supposed to be at 7 p.m. start by 5:30 p.m. Iverson arrived at 5:55.
