Stellar girls basketball tournament looking for more teams

The girls portion of the Stellar Construction "Catch A Rising Star" High School Basketball Showcase is looking for more teams.

The tournament runs from Weds., July 9 through Sunday, July 13 at Cedar Beach.

The first night of the tournament is considered "Ladies Night" with all girls games on the main courts.

The co-directors of the girls tournament are Nick Klein and Lincoln Leadership athletic director and boys coach David George.

Here are the teams they have lined up so far:

Allen

Becahi

Boyertown

Dieruff

Emmaus

ES North

Nazareth 

Northwestern (2013 champs)

North Schuylkill

Owen J. Roberts

Palisades

Parkland

South Seneca

Whitehall

Wilson

The hope is to get to 32 teams.
