Well, we conclude Group Play with the last four matches before we go to the Knockout Round on Saturday. The big game is of course USA vs. Germany which will air on ESPN, Univision and Univision Deportes. Game time will be noon ET, but ESPN will have one hour of pre-match coverage starting at 11 a.m. Univision/Univision Deportes will air the game at 11:30 a.m. Ian Darke and Taylor Twellman call the game for ESPN. Univision/Univision Deportes will have a four man booth consisting of Jorge Pérez-Navarro, Diego Balado, Marcelo Balboa (????) and Jorge Calvo.
Even though this game will be played during the week and at noon ET, ESPN is still expecting a very good number. Maybe not at 18.2 million viewers, but it should be quite respectable.
