As I get back into sports media mode after spending five days in California for my cousin’s wedding, let’s provide some news that you may have missed over the last couple of days. I’m still a bit on West Coast time and I totally understand what Tony Bennett meant when he sang “I Left My Heart in San Francisco.” While I wasn’t in SF proper for the entire time, I was in Berkeley, Mountain View, Oakland and Palo Alto, and the energy in the area is just amazing. Makes me want to move out there to be closer to some family and friends.
