Dr. Susan Bauman, family practice physician and director of hospice and palliative medicine at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, was named a fellow of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine, a professional organization for physicians who care for patients with serious illnesses.
Bauman will receive the designation during the annual assembly of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine and the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association to be held in March in San Diego.
