The Parkland Aquatic Club faced a dilemma.
Because of a policy that the Parkland School District has in place requiring that at least 85 percent of a community group's members reside in the Parkland area, the PAAC was informed they would either have to reduce the number of non-Parkland area members, or pay a higher usage fee, if they wanted to continue using Parkland High School as one of their main facilities.
