NEW YORK — Even with his credentials this year, Andre Williams admitted he was a little awe-struck to be rubbing elbows with the likes of Johnny Manziel and A.J. McCarron the past few days.
"Absolutely, just seeing what they're able to do on the field, and then to actually be around them, is a really humbling experience that I'm actually being considered part of such an elite group of players," the Parkland product and Boston College running back said Saturday night a few hours before the Heisman Trophy presentation. "But at the same time, you see they're just regular guys as well; they're really interesting guys, and it's been a great time.
