TV NEWS NOVEMBER 1

http://blog.sitcomsonline.com/2013/11/new-nbc-tina-fey-produced-comedy.html

NBC has ordered 13 episodes of a new single-camera comedy from multiple Emmy Award winners Tina Fey and Robert Carlock. Ellie Kemper is set to star. Produced by Universal Television and Little Stranger, Inc., and set to debut in fall 2014, the series will center on a woman (Kemper) who escapes from a doomsday cult and starts life over in New York City. Fey and Carlock, who will serve as writers for the series, will executive produce with David Miner. Fey, who created and executive produced the critically beloved NBC comedy 30 Rock, recently won an Emmy, along with Tracey Wigfield, for co-writing the series finale episode, "Last Lunch." As an actress, writer and executive producer on both 30 Rock and Saturday Night Live, Fey has won eight Emmys. Kemper is also an NBC alum, having co-starred in the Emmy-winning comedy The Office. Stay with us for continued updates, but we won't know a night and time until next May during upfront week
