A Nor'easter is headed our way, and the strength and timing of the storm are almost guaranteed to disrupt holiday travel plans, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration said.
"The timing of this storm couldn't be worse," the NOAA said in a release. "Travel conditions will deteriorate (starting) late Tuesday night. ... Delays can be expected regardless of travel mode."
