Nazareth Borough Council has given the nod for a U-shaped pool created by architect Spillman Farmer.
Following several meetings on the issue, council and pool committee members agreed on a simpler design reflecting the borough's heritage. This followed presentations by a previous architect who presented a "wish list" of options council could choose from to increase attendance, which included floatables, water slides, climbing walls, a “lazy river” and spray features.
