East Stroudsburg University will hold free financial-aid workshops for current and prospective students and their parents.
The college's Office of Student Financial Aid has scheduled three two-hour sessions that deal with the federal-financial aid process. The workshops are designed to help families understand their financial-aid eligibility, apply for federal and state aid, and find other funding sources.
The first workshop is from 10 a.m.-noon Saturday in the second floor computer lab in Zimbar-Liljenstein Hall (no reservations are required); the second is from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, in room 238 of Zimbar-Liljenstein Hall (RSVP by Nov. 26). The third is from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, in the second floor computer lab in Zimbar-Liljenstein Hall (RSVP by Jan. 4) .
