City residents should place items at the curb on their recycling night. Trees should not be placed in plastic bags and all decorations and stands should be removed. Electronics recycling will be offered to city residents 1 to 3 p.m. Saturdays, Jan. 19 and Feb. 2, at the Allentown Yard Waste Site, Fish Hatchery Road and Oxford Drive.
