AMERICAN RED CROSS OF THE GREATER LEHIGH VALLEY, Bethlehem, needs volunteers to serve as Disaster Action Team members, CPR/first aid instructors, preparedness presenters, blood drive workers, event coordinators, and support office administration. COMPASS ACADEMY, Allentown, has a chance to exhibit our latest youth campaign called "2 Million Bullets" at the Eastern Sports Show, Harrisburg, on Feb. 2-10. We are looking for help, especially weekdays, in our booth. Two shifts each day from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 2-7 p.m. need to be staffed. KIDS PEACE, Orefield, needs community volunteers to make their inaugural 5k & 1 Mile Family Fun Mud Run on April 27 a success. Volunteers are needed to act as traffic control, for registration, to coordinate and man the water stations, and to help on-course at the obstacles.
