http://sportsmediajournal.com/ ESPN To Air Next Year’s Notre Dame/Michigan Game in Prime Time- Continuing to ride the Notre Dame train, ESPN has announced that next season’s college football game between the Irish and Michigan will air in prime time. The game will be held on September 7th on ABC. It will be only the second time a game will be played at night in Michigan. ESPN Proclaims Saturday Night College Football Package Most-Viewed of the Season- ESPN proclaims that it’s slate of ESPN on ABC college football match-ups this fall was the most-viewed college football package this season. The Saturday night series averaged 6,518,000 viewers and a 4.0 rating, and was the most-watched program of the night in viewers on six of its 12 broadcasts this season. For the second year Birmingham, AL had the highest average rating of all local markets during the college football regular season, averaging a rating of 8.9. CBS Sports and PBR Signs Rights Deal- The Professional Bull Riders (PBR) and CBS Sports have singed an agreement that will see CBS and the CBS Sports Network be the exclusive home of PBR. Beginning next year CBS SPorts will produce more than 100 hours of PBR event programming.
