http://www.mcall.com/features/food/mc-side-dish-paolos-walnutport-1206-20121205,0,6387898.story FROM THE MORNING CALL PAOLO NOTA OPENS NEW RESTAURANT After cooking up sumptuous Italian fare at Lehigh Valley venues over the past 20 years, chef Paolo Nota is now drawing loyal fans to his latest restaurant, A Ca Mia — translating to "at my house." Richard Jones and Dave Parham are silent partners in the business. Assisting in the kitchen is Nota's "right-hand man," chef Eric Murphy, a Culinary Institute of America graduate. The 60-seat BYO restaurant, which opened Nov. 29 in Walnutport, offers a warm, homey look with oak wainscoting and Amish-made furniture. "When you walk in, the kitchen is right in front of you — there are no doors, like you're coming into my house," Nota says. "You can talk to me!"
