Lippincott has been an adjunct instructor at Northampton Community College since 1998 and worked at Cedar Crest College as an assistant professor for 13 years. He has also worked as a programmer-analyst for 17 years. Lippincott received his bachelor's and master's degrees from East Stroudsburg University in computer science.
