TBS Gets Strong Viewership for ALCS Game One

TBS reports today that its overnight audience for game one of the American League Championship Series between the Tigers and Yankees reached an average audience of 6.8 million viewers with a rating of 4.2, up 104% and 100% respectively over the network’s coverage of the National League Championship Series last year between the Cardinals and Brewers.
Locally the game registered a 25.9 rating in Detroit and a 14.4 in New York.
