Coverage begins at 8:30p.m. ET with Pam Ward, Rebecca Lobo, and Holly Rowe on the call. ESPN Creates Another College Football Kick-Off Game to Launch in 2013- ESPN announced today that it has created the Texas Kickoff Classic – an opening weekend college football game between Oklahoma State and Mississippi State at Reliant Stadium in Houston to be played Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013. The program will be operated by ESPN Regional Television, a subsidiary of ESPN. SiriusXM To Launch Dedicated Soccer Channel- SiriusXM Radio announced today that it will be creating c new channel dedicated to soccer. SiriusXM FC will launch October 15 on channel 94 and will offer listeners nationwide soccer talk and play-by-play 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. On the channel soccer fans will have access to many of the world’s best teams with live play-by-play broadcasts from the Barclays Premier League, UEFA Champions League and FA Cup, as well as matches from the Major League Soccer playoffs. College Football This Weekend on NBC Sports- NBC Sports highlights its weekend of college football with undefeated Notre Dame hosting Stanford Saturday at 3:30p.m. ET with Tom Hammond, Mike Mayock, and Alex Flanagan on the call. The NBC Sports Network will telecast two games Saturday beginning at 12:00p.m. ET as Randy Moss, Ross Tucker and Carolyn Manno call Brown at Princeton. Boise State hosts Fresno State at 3:30p.m. ET with Paul Burmeister, Rod Woodson and Anthony Herron. ESPN’s Next 30 for 30 Production Next Tuesday Night- ESPN will present the next of its 30 for 30 documentaries next Tuesday at 8:00p.m. ET. There’s No Place Like Home follows one University of Kansas fan on his quest to win at auction the most important document in sports history—James Naismith’s original rules of basketball—and bring them “home” to Lawrence, Kansas, where Naismith coached and taught for more than 40 years. NBCSN Kick-Off its College Hockey Season- Coverage of college hockey on the NBC Sports Network (NBCSN) begins this Friday night with the Ice Breaker Tournament double header from Kansas City. Dave Strader and Pierre McGuirre have coverage of Notre Dame vs. Maine at 7:00p.m. ET and Army vs. Nebraska-Omaha at 10:00p.m. ET. Boxing After Dark Returns to HBO- HBO Sports will be producing another boxing card this week as part of its Boxing After Dark series. Bob Papa, Max Kellerman and Roy Jones Jr. will be ringside for the card which features Nonito Donaire vs. Toshiaki Nishioka and Brandon Rios vs. Mike Alvarado. Coverage begins this Saturday at 10:00p.m. ET.
