CBS Sports Radio Add Feinstein to Line-Up

http://sportsmediajournal.com/ CBS Sports Radio continues to add high-profile talent in advance of its launch at the beginning of the year. The network announced today that noted sports journalist John Feinstein will fill the 9:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. ET weekday slot. The John Feinstein Show will feature commentary on the world of sports from his more than 30 years as a sportswriter. “John is known for his encyclopedic knowledge of and passion for all aspects of sports,” said Eric Spitz, Director of Programming, CBS Sports Radio. “As a best-selling sports author and journalist, he has relationships with, and an open line to, some of the most fascinating names in sports. John has a way with words, a trademark sense of humor and is never is shy to offer an opinion, which will engage listeners and translate on the radio.” The CBS Sports Radio already announced that Jim Rome will occupy the 12:00p.m. to 3:00p.m. ET slot, while Doug Gottlieb will host the 3:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. ET show. The network launches January 2nd.
