Two dead in Lower Nazareth Township accident, coroner says - UPDATE

Two people have died following a two-vehicle accident this morning on Hanoverville Road in Lower Nazareth Township, Northampton County Coroner Zachary Lysek confirmed near the crash.
The driver of a station wagon died in the wreck and a passenger in the same vehicle was pronounced dead after being transported to St. Luke's University Hospital in Fountain Hill, Lysek said.
The driver of the other vehicle, a pickup truck, suffered minor to moderate injuries and was transported to a local hospital, according to Colonial Regional Police Chief Roy Seiple. Seiple said a dog traveling in the pickup truck died.
