http://sportsmediajournal.com/ CBS Sets SEC Game for September 29th- CBS Sports announced today that its SEC on BCS game telecast for Saturday, September 29th will feature Tennessee at Georgia. Game time is 3:30p.m. ET with Verne Lundquist, Gary Danielson and Tracy Wolfson. ESPNU Road Trip Features Notre Dame at Michigan State- This week’s edition of ESPNU Road Trip goes behind-the- scenes in East Lansing from last weekend’s Notre Dame/Michigan State match-up. Niki Noto and Ali Nejad host the show which debuts tomorrow at 7:30p.m. ET. NFL Turning Point Wednesday on NBCSN- This week’s edition of NFL Turning Point on the NBC Sports Network (NBCSN) will look at the defining play of three games. Dan Patrick hosts the show which will look back at the Eagles/Ravens, Lions/49′ers, and Chargers/Titans. The program debuts Wednesday at 10:00p.m. ET. ESPN has Baseball Twin Bill Wednesday- ESPN’s Wednesday Night Baseball will feature a double header this week. The opener begins at 7:00p.m. ET as the Oakland A’s take on the Detroit Tigers. Sean McDonough, Aaron Boone, Rick Sutcliffe, and Tim Kurkjian have the call. The nightcap will celebrate Hispanic Heritage month as the Texas Rangers meet the Los Angeles Angels at 10:00p.m. ET with Dave O’Brien, Nomar Garciaparra and Pedro Gomez at the mic. ESPN Soccer Telecasts this Week- ESPN plans to telecast a pair of soccer matches this week. On Wednesdsay on ESPN2 the U.S. Women’s National team takes on Australia at 10:00p.m. ET. Adrian Healey, Julie Foudy and reporter Monica Gonzalez have the call. On Thursday Glenn Davis and Taylor Twellman will provide commentary of MLS action as the Philadelphia Union take on DC United at 8:00p.m. ET, also on ESPN2. ESPN Has NASCAR Action from New Hampshire and Kentucky this Weekend- ESPN continues its late season coverage of NASCAR with races in Kentucky and New Hampshire this weekend. Action begins Saturday at 3:30p.m. ET with the Nationwide race from Kentucky Speedway. Marty Reid and Ricky Craven have the call. On Sunday at 1:00p.m. ET Allen Bestwick, Dale Jarrett and Andy Petree will call the NASCAR Sprint Cup chase race from the New Hampshire Motor Speedway. WNBA Regular Season Wraps Up on ESPN- ESPN will air a pair of WNBA games this week as the regular season comes to a close. Tomorrow at 8:00p.m. ET on ESPN2 the New York Liberty will take on the San Antonio Silver Stars. On Sunday at 3:00p.m. ET the Seattle Storm will take on the Phoenix Mercury. Pam Ward will call both games with Carolyn Peck on Tuesday and Rebecca Lobo on Sunday.
