Power cut to 2,350 customers in central Warren County, JCP&L says - UPDATE

A tree limb fell and broke a cross arm that holds a high voltage line, according to JCP&L spokesman Peter Johner. The cross arm is on Pequest Road in Oxford Township, between Route 31 and Huntington Road. Johner said workers had all customers back in service at 10:54 p.m.
