Thrash will primarily assist customers in the Southeast. Thrash earned a bachelor's degree in therapeutic recreation from York College of Pennsylvania and has more than 10 years of experience in customer service. Freddy E. Lutz Jr. has been promoted to assistant vice president of commercial development at ARRO. Lutz will collaborate closely with senior staff members to evaluate business opportunities and seek out and align ARRO with business teaming partners. He joined ARRO in 2004 as the manager of the Lehigh Valley office and was promoted to director of marketing strategies and communications in 2008.
