Saucon's Lombardo listed in Sports Illustrated's "Faces In The Crowd"

Saucon Valley senior Alyssa Lombardo was listed with five other athletes in this week's Sports Illustrated "Faces in the Crowd" section. Lombard was saluted for winning the 400 and 800-meter runs at the District 11 track meet and also for wining the 100, 200, 400 and 800 the Colonial League meet. It also mentions that she will play outfield at Stanford next year.

Lombardo was The Morning Call's Female Sports Personality of the Year for 2010. She was an all-area softball player at Saucon last year, but opted to not play softball this spring, and instead concentrated on her track career.
