FROM THE MORNING CALL
Six teens were arrested on Thursday near the Great Nazareth Carnival after they were found with Valium and marijuana, police said.
According to police:
Five boys and one girl, whose ages range from 15 to 17, were arrested after police followed the smell of burning marijuana to the borough park's amphitheater area. Police found the teens who said they were "hanging out."
Police found a partially burned marijuana cigarette, two marijuana buds and a pack of grape cigarillos. A search of the teens yielded a plastic bag of 15 Valium pills.
The names of the teens are not being released due to their ages. They were released to their parents following the encounter with police.
