Rain wreaking havoc on busy schedule

FROM KEITH GROLLER

In case you weren't listening to our "Calling All Sports" radio show on AM 1470 this morning, the Stellar Construction basketball tournament has been moved indoors to Parkland High School for the boys, Muhlenberg College for the girls, East Side Youth Center for the adults and to Allen for the JVs.

We'll have all of the scores for you from the boys tournament shortly after 1 p.m. as I get sitiuated at Parkland.

At this point, I don't anticipate anything to happen at all Cedar Beach today, which is, of course, a real shame.

The games will go on, but the atmosphere won't be the same.

The IronPigs have also postponed its Pigapalooza extravaganza -- the kickoff event for All-Star Game week -- until Sunday, Aug. 29. Another shame.
