WEEKEND WEATHER

Today's mostly sunny, 70-degree weather is expected to come to an end tonight.

If the rain arrives as thunderstorms, expect heavier rainfall amounts. but the forecast calls for less than a tenth of an inch to fall tonight and tomorrow. The real issue is likely to be the wind tomorrow.

The National Weather Service expects southwest winds to increase to between 22 mph and 25 mph, with gusts as a high as 36 mph. The temperatures tomorrow is expected to be in the upper 60s, but the breezy weather will make it feel cooler.

The temperature will drop into the upper 30s tomorrow night. Although mostly sunny skies are expected Sunday, the temperature is expected to stay in the 50s and winds of between 18 mph and 22 mph will continue to be noticeable.

Monday is expected to be sunny with a high near 62 degrees. Tuesday's brings another chance of showers.
