The time has come to complete our 2010 scholarship offering. We have been contacted by the High School through my request to give a scholarship from the Nazareth High School Alumni to a 2010 Nazareth High School graduate. This past year through Facebook we have promoted a website: www.nhsalum.com. The website has always accepted donations. We received 1 donation of $100. Then we had our Iron Pigs Fundraiser which raised $55. That leaves the total, after processing fees for on line donations through PayPal at $142. My goal is to try and get at least $250. That is only $108 more dollars. If it is more that would great. It would cover the cost of transferring the money. If everyone donates a dollar we could offer 2 or 3 scholarships of $250. So I am hoping that ALL of you can help make this happen. Please log onto www.nhsalum.com and click on the DONATE button today. I will have to commit to a specific amount in the very near future.
I want to thank of all you who donated and participated this past year! Hopefully we can do more in 2010!
