MEDICAL SUPPLIES
The Haitian Professionals of Philadelphia are looking for donated medical supplies to take to Haiti in the next couple of days. For more information and drop off sites go to: http://www.hpphilly.org/
The medical team at Cooper University Hospital is in great need of crutches for children and adults injured by the earthquake in Haiti. Effective immediately, Cooper is collecting any gently used crutches to be shipped to their team of doctors in the Dominican Republic. People can drop off crutches to the valet at One Cooper Plaza from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Bone & Joint offices in Voorhees and Newtown Square, PA, and in the Marketing Department at 3 Executive Campus, Cherry Hill. Go to www.cooperhealth.org for directions to these locations. The drive ends Friday, January 22, 2010, so the hospital can send the crutches to the injured.
