Former Liberty High School Basketball Hospitialized
Former Liberty High School boys basketball coach Todd Rothrock remained in critical condition this morning at St. Luke's Hospital-Fountain Hill, a spokeswoman said.Rothrock, 49, according to several sources, suffered multiple strokes. Rothrock in March left coaching in part to spend more time with his family.''As a Liberty basketball family, we're all praying for Todd and hoping with all of our heart for a full recovery,'' said Hurricanes coach Chad Landis, who was Rothrock's assistant and is a close friend. ''He's in a real tough fight.''Rothrock was 117-73 in seven seasons with Liberty and led the Hurricanes to the District 11 4A crown last season.
