Former Northwestern and Lehigh athlete to get national TV exposure on Friday night

Former Northwestern Lehigh High School and Lehigh University athlete Dana Stellar will appear on TLC's "Say Yes to the Dress" on Friday night at 9 p.m.

The series shows the progress of dress selection and support from store associates as future brides seek the perfect wedding dress. Dana was picked for the show among hundreds of applicants.

Dana, shown below in her cross country days at Northwestern, was married to Patrick Holmes last month.

Most of the taping for the show happened last November at Kleinfeld Bridal in New York City.
