JAZZ SOCIAL BENEFIT: The Program for Women and Families will hold its signature fundraiser, the Syncopated Rhythms Jazz Social, 6- 9 p.m. Friday at the Barristers Club in Allentown. The event will feature jazz performances, a fine wine and spirits auction, basket raffles, portraits by Barnaby Ruhe, food from Catering by Karen Hunter and presentations of Marjorie F. CHILI COOK OFF: Restaurants and home cooks will showcase chili creations at Saucon Valley Foundation's Chili Cook Off and Silent Auction 7-11 p.m. Friday at Silver Creek Country Club in Hellertown.
