For Jennifer Greig, the crash that killed two people on Race Street in Hanover Township, Lehigh County, plays back slowly in her mind.
It was a clear, sunny day Sept. 10, 2012. She was driving behind a green SUV. Greig, a seventh-grade teacher in the Catasauqua Area School District, said she saw the SUV go over the white fog line twice. The third time the SUV went off the road it hit a telephone pole, crashed into a group of people standing at a bus stop on the side of the road then crashed into a chain-link fence, Greig said.
