Tuskes Park in Upper Nazareth Township, born of an agreement to amend zoning to gain sub-division lots in exchange for land to the township, is now being grown by five acres thanks to Trio Farms and it’s no longer being a 55 and older community.
The majority of the 300+ properties of Trio Farms are in Lower Nazareth and received approval from supervisors there to be built without the 55+ requirement.
The land dump is to be preserved open space, 5 acres, compared to the 105 acres of former farmland being developed.
