Fans will have their choice of three sets of announcers for the World Series. First, there is the hometown team of Scott Franzke and Larry Andersen doing innings 1-3 and 7-9 and Tom McCarthy, Chris Wheeler, and Gary Matthews and myself doing innings 4-6 on WPHT 1210-AM.
Then, there is the Fox national telecast with Joe Buck and Tim McCarver.
And finally there is the ESPN radio broadcast of Jon Miller and Joe Morgan, which can be heard on 97.5-FM. Their television partner, Steve Phillips was just fired from ESPN for his affair with an intern.
